Qld: Fears held for missing boy

Queensland Police are worried about an eight year-old boy missing for almost 24 hours.

DAVID ALABI was last seen by his mum about three o'clock yesterday afternoon .. at
his home in Bryden Street Lutwyche.

Police and the SES have searched the local area .. and have door knocked local residents
and businesses.

An SES boat has also searched a nearby creek.

DAVID is described as being of African appearance .. slim build .. and around 120 centimetres
tall.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans .. a dark blue shirt with an orange collar .. and
brown suede shoes.
