Market Highlights

The session passed as usual and nothing interesting happened on Wednesday. The main indices closed mixed. Doverie United Holding (5DOV: 3.00; 0.00%) and Sopharma (3JR: 3.86; -1.03%) were the most traded positions by number of deals. 5DOV set up large part of the daily volumes along with ELARG Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund (4EC: 0.75; -0.27%) and Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSO: 2.98; -0.67%). The banking sector's components closed in different directions. Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (5BN: 4.50; +3.93%) managed to erase part of the previous loss but probably the share will stay around this level in short term.

Monbat

As of July 06 Monbat (5MB: 6.91; -0.16%) bought back 1.869 million own shares or 4.79% of the capital. At the beginning of June the company began 9th buy back procedure of up to 0.70% of the capital or 273 000 shares. The minimum price is set at BGN 6.00 and the maximum at BGN 8.00.The GMS of the battery producer voted to allocate BGN 6.5 million but the dividend per share depends on the number of bought back shares.

The price of Bulgartabac Holding was corrected with the dividend, as July 6 was ex-dividend day. The GMS of the company voted BGN 7.19 dividend per share.
