NSW: Three charged over alleged cannabis haul
Three men will face court after police allegedly uncovered a haul of cannabis wortha quarter of a million dollars in Sydney's north-west.
The alleged discovery came after police executed a search warrant on a home in BoxHill yesterday.
Police allege officers uncovered an elaborate hydroponic cannabis set-up, as well asplants with an estimated street value of $250,000.
They claim an amount of cash and two firearms were also seized.
A 32-year-old man will face Parramatta Local Court today charged with the cultivationof a prohibited plant.
Two other men, one aged 31 and the other 35, have been charged with supplying a prohibiteddrug and ordered to appear in the same court later this month.
The older man is also charged with cultivating a prohibited plant, goods in custody,and possessing an unauthorised firearm and two unregistered firearms.
